Exchange Policy

At Rivaj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy exchange policy.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Stitched items cannot be exchanged if stitching was done as per your measurements

- Items marked as final sale
- Accessories and jewellery
- Custom stitched orders
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days. Delivery charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for defective item exchanges.
